Privacy policy

This policy explains what TwitterisX processes when you use the service and how that information is handled.

Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Information you submit

When you use the downloader, we process the public X post URL you submit. You do not need to create an account or provide a name, email address, or password.

2. Technical information

Our hosting provider may automatically record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, referring page, and error logs for security and reliability.

3. How processing works

The submitted URL is sent from our server to a media lookup provider. Media may be fetched from platform delivery domains. GIF and MP3 conversions use temporary server files that are deleted after the request completes or fails.

4. Local preferences

Theme and language choices are stored in your browser's local storage. They remain on your device and can be removed by clearing site data. We do not use these preferences to identify you.

5. Sharing and service providers

We share only what is necessary with infrastructure providers that operate the service, including hosting, the media lookup API, and source media delivery networks. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and security

Submitted URLs are processed on demand and are not intentionally stored in an application database. Infrastructure logs may be retained by providers under their own schedules. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children and international use

The service is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection rules.

8. Advertising measurement

We do not currently set advertising cookies. If Google Ads conversion measurement, analytics, or remarketing is introduced, this policy and the cookie policy will identify the provider, purpose, data used, and available choices before non-essential storage is enabled where consent is required.

9. Your choices and rights

You can clear local preferences through your browser and choose not to submit a post URL. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information. Contact us to make a request.

10. Contact and policy changes

Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to us on Telegram at @prodevagency. We may update this policy as the service or its providers change. The date above identifies the latest version.

You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites on its partner-sites information page. Other advertising vendors, if introduced, will be identified in this policy or the site’s consent controls.
